Position Overview

We are seeking a Holistic Esthetician Educator & Outreach Specialist to support our organic growth through relationship-driven sales, account management, and educational content creation. This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician who loves teaching, connecting with people, and translating professional skincare knowledge into accessible, engaging content.

This position blends education, outreach, sales support, and social media tutorials, making it perfect for someone who thrives in both clinical and creative spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Outreach

  • Educate estheticians, spas, and wellness professionals on products, protocols, and holistic skincare principles

  • Host or assist with virtual and/or in-person trainings, workshops, demos, or events

  • Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador and trusted resource

  • Support onboarding and ongoing education for new accounts

  • Keep an organized log of leads, current and past accounts

Sales & Account Management

  • Support new and existing wholesale or professional accounts

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with estheticians and spa partners

  • Assist with lead follow-up, product recommendations, and reorders

  • Track account communication and feedback

  • Collaborate with internal team on growth opportunities

Social Media Education & Tutorial Content

  • Create short-form educational content (tutorials, demos, tips, ingredient education, protocols)

  • Appear on camera comfortably for Reels, Stories, or training videos

  • Help translate professional knowledge into engaging, easy-to-understand content

  • Support content planning aligned with launches, promotions, and education goals

Qualifications

  • Licensed esthetician (holistic or wellness-based background preferred, herbal education a big bonus)

  • Strong understanding of skin health, ingredients, and professional treatments

  • Comfortable with education, public speaking, or teaching (formal or informal)

  • Experience or interest in sales, outreach, or relationship management

  • Confident on camera and familiar with Instagram/TikTok-style content

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation

Starting at $35/hr + 10% commission on new accounts with room to grow

Herb Farm Apprenticeships (One Day/Week)

Location: Ancram, NY
Schedule: One full day per week (day flexible)
Seasonal Apprenticeship

Come help establish our new herb farm in Ancram, NY in 2026! We're offering a hands-on paid apprenticeship for two people eager to learn how to establish, care for, and harvest a productive herb plot—from the ground up.

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone interested in herb farming, herbalism, small-scale agriculture, or land-based skills who wants real, practical experience rather than classroom learning.

What You’ll Learn

Over the course of the apprenticeship, you’ll be guided through the full life cycle of an herb plot, including:

  • Site assessment and preparation

  • Soil building and bed establishment

  • Herb selection and planting (annuals & perennials)

  • Weed management and organic growing practices

  • Ongoing maintenance and seasonal care

  • Harvesting techniques and timing

  • Post-harvest handling and basic processing

You’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to start and maintain your own herb plot independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside the farmer one day per week on all aspects of herb production

  • Participate in hands-on fieldwork (planting, weeding, harvesting, etc.)

  • Help coordinate and facilitate community herb U-pick days
  • Ask questions, observe, and learn by doing

  • Gradually take on more responsibility as skills grow

  • Compensation: $16/hr plus herbs and product stipend

  • Duration: April-October
