When we are blessed with abundance in the growing season, we dry as much of it as possible to use in our products, and recently we have also been crafting tea blends for both drinking and topical use! Our first two are:

1. Sheet-Mask Topical Tea For inflamed acne, blackheads, uneven tone, and redness

This tea is meant to be brewed, and then used as the base for an at-home, earth friendly sheet mask.  Brew at the strength of 1 tsp per cup of hot water, let steep for at least 10 minutes, strain, and dip a thin cotton or linen washcloth or napkin into the mixture, apply to the face so there is good contact throughout, and relax for 10-20 minutes, refreshing with more liquid as needed.  We find this an especially soothing bathtime ritual. The herbs in this blend bring down inflammation quickly, help skin gently exfoliate, and regulate sebum production without drying you out. Follow up with hydrosol and serum/balm of choice.

2. System Soother Sipping Tea For nervous system, adrenal, and gut support

This tea is for drinking and should be brewed at a strength of 1tbsp per cup of hot water.  It is fragrant, floral and luxurious. Our nervous system, adrenals, and gut are all interconnected, and the herbs in this blend help dial down the volume on each system, helping you to slip into a rest and digest mode which is where deeper healing can occur.
